An uncommon pair of Charles II oak joint stools, circa 1670.
Each six-pegged ovolo-moulded top with lower edge moulded rails, on baluster turned legs, joined by plain stretchers all round, on turned feet, (2).
Each with full ownership surname, 'T Chard', (as opposed to typical initials only), to the underside of the top, one stamped twice, one thrice.
