An early 19th century elm stool, raised on four square splayed legs. The one piece oval top, with a central hand grip, is seated on an elm frame, with reeded edging. It has a good grain and a certain amount of old worm holes, as is often found in elm furniture. The whole has a pleasing honey colour and retains a patination.
