Early 19th Century Dish Top Circular Stool.
An extremely fine early 19th century cheese or dish top circular stool, having a fruitwood top of thick and sturdy proportions, with a deep saucer shaped centre exposing three dowels pegging the three splayed ash legs and showing the remains of West Country green paint. The whole has an excellent pale colour and patination.
