The well-engraved silvered brass dial with central cut out, revealing the aneroid movement, bearing curved mercury Fahrenheit thermometer and protected by bevelled plate glass
The firm of Pertuis, Hulot & Naudet was pre-eminent in the development and manufacture of aneroid barometers during the latter 19th Century.
