Late Ming blue and white deep bowl made during the reign of the Emperor Wanli at Jingdezhen.
The bowl is painted minimally to the inside with under glaze blue. The top of the sides painted with a geometric hatched pattern typical of the period and to the inside at the bottom the single flower head of a large chrysanthemum.
To the inside there is a moulded pattern under the glaze of scrolling flower heads.
The bowl is glazed in a white glaze and is unusual
