Chinese Export Porcelain Tea Service with Unusual Coral Fish-scale Decoration.
Circa 1750-65.
The 18th-century Chinese Export porcelain service is attractively well painted with a smart, bright coral-coloured fish-scale ground with panels of puce flowers.
The service comprising:-
Nine saucers, (7 in good condition, 2 with damages).
Teapot and cover, (Good condition).
Slop bowl, (Good condition).
Covered teapoy (caddy), (Good condition).
Covered milk jug, (Good condition).
Four tea bowls, (2 good condition, 2 with hairline).
Six cups with handles, (2 Good, 2 with small chip, 1 handle off/on, 1 v faint hairline).
Covered bowl, (hairline + 3 frits).
Spoon tray. (Good condition).
Height of teapot 5 inches (12.7 cm).
