Chinese Export Porcelain Famille Rose Plates Painted with Flower Baskets, Yongzheng Period.
(1723-1735).
The pair of Chinese Export Yongzheng period "Rose-Verte" porcelain plates depict an ornate flower basket in the central well. Surrounding the well is a band of iron-red diapers with oval panels with famille verte flowing plants. The the rim is decorated with ribbon-tied auspicious objects and the border has a thin band of iron-red swirls. The reverse has iron-red plants on either side.
