A Worcester porcelain small mug, c. 1755. The finely potted mug, of slightly waisted form, with a spreading foot, and painted in underglaze blue, with the ‘Prunus Root’ pattern. Having a grooved strap handle, painted with a scroll motif.
Workman’s mark in underglaze blue to the base.
Height - 6,5 cm, 2 1/2”.
Condition - Perfect. No damage. No restoration.
