The plate for the sign LEO is dated 1965 and is numbered #2.  The plate depicts the Astrological Zodiac sign Leo which is painted in gold.  Around the sign are words describing the characteristics of this sign.

This comes from a rare & remarkable set, made between 1964 and 1975, made for an Italian company, Corisia, who gave them to their top clients.  There were twelve in the original set, one for each sign.

The pattern is called Gli influssi Astrali (astral influences in English).
