A good quality 19th century Victorian walnut occasional lamp table. Having superbly figured circular burr walnut top with attractive carved edge over carved central turned column terminating on unusual scrolling tripod legs.

Stylistically this attractive little table is very much typical of the mid victorian era, particularly the heavily carved edge to the top. The top itself is veneered in a particularly nice and well figured burr walnut which has retained good colour.

Overall the condition is good and the table has clearly been well loved throughout it's life. Before being offered for sale it has been through our workshops for a clean and natural wax polish in the traditional fashion to ensure it is ready to be placed straight into the home.

A useful little size this table could be used in a whole variety of different positions around the home, from as a bedside table, to as a simple lamp table tucked away in the corner of the living room.

Circa 1870.

Height 26.25in.
Diameter 20in.
