Georgian Mahogany Cheese Coaster.
A good quality George III mahogany cheese coaster of traditional boat shaped design, with the ends having turned and rounded handles with a patera to each side. The whole is raised on a straight sided protruding base and has a lovely rich colour and excellent patination. It has slight shrinkage to the interior that does not show on the underside.
