19th Century Sycamore Funnel.
A good quality early 19th century one piece well turned sycamore funnel of a most pleasing design, having a thin lip with an incised line, that is above a concave band and rounded body, with a substantial incised lined collar and tapered spout. The fine pole lathe turning can be seen inside and out. The whole has a medium colour and good patination.
