19th Century Ash Naval Truncheon.
A well turned 19th century naval truncheon made of ash, of cylindrical tapered form and having a shaped ribbed handle terminating with a metal end cap depicting an anchor. By repute it hung in a dockside public house for many years. The whole retains a patination.
