19th Century Sycamore Butter Mould.
A pleasing rectangular sycamore butter mould, having an interior with vertical ribs and a base carved depicting a flower head and foliage. The two sides are channel moulded, so as to obtain a firm grip when emptying. The whole has a good medium colour and retains a patination.
