A circular boxwood double sided pill rounder of equal dimensions, which were used by chemists. After the pill was cut from the pill machine it was placed under the pill rounder, and by moving it in a circular motion it became round. It was then placed in a pill silverer for coating. The whole has a pale honey colour and patination.
