A well carved amber and meerschaum cheroot or cigarette holder in a fitted case, with a yellow amber mouth piece and silver collar, that has a beautifully carved winged goddess with flowing drapes, fitted with a separate shaped cheroot holder. The whole has a lovely smokey colour and patination.
