A large and most useful oval bentwood Scandinavian pine storage box, all extensively decorated with pin prick and star decoration, with other motifs such as flower heads, hearts, diamonds and circles. The detachable lid has a central loop handle, and is fitted between a vertical post to each end in the traditional manner. The whole has an excellent medium colour and good patination.
