A good quality Victorian cast brass horses hoof door stop in five sections, having a cast iron weighted hoof, seated on a horse shoe with a Victorian kite or lozenge mark and engraved hair. It has a vertical support ending in a curved handle for carrying purposes. Although rubbed, we believe the kite or lozenge mark is for May 1846.
