A fine pair of Royal Worcester porcelain vases, painted by Charles Baldwyn, dated 1904. Hand painted with swans emerging from reeds, on a turquoise ground.
The reverses with swallows in flight.
Both vases having twin scroll handles, emerging from moulded acanthus leaf terminals; and set upon gilt square pedestal feet, beneath moulded wreaths.
Signed – C. H. Baldwyn.
Printed puce factory marks, date code for 1904, and model number 2036, beneath the foot rims.
Height – 15.2 cm, 6”.
Width – 10.2 cm, 4”.
Depth – 7.6 cm, 3”.
