Although of fairly simple form, this gateleg table has been constructed from the finest quality English walnut and three hundred years of wear and care have resulted in some of the best glowing colour and patination that I have ever seen.
It has a good solid one inch thick top, a single drawer and columnar legs joined by substantial stretchers.
The table would provide a useful 4/6 seater dining table and would equally make a wonderful hall table.
