This model is probably the best ever produced of spaniels in England during the early 19th century. The magnificent pair are crisply modeled with curly tails and legs which are separate. They sit on elaborate large oval bases which are decorated with leaves and flowers which are supported on paw feet. This large and imposing pair are extremely rare and of exceptional quality.
