Minton Majolica Chinoiserie Dragon Jardiniere, 
Dated 1871.

Circular chinoiserie Majolica jardiniere is dramatically decorated with three golden dragons, each with five claws on each foot. The dragons encircle the central panel against a moulded aqua-coloured ground. Below the central panel is a moulded design in puce against the green ground and above puce lappets with green surround. The flared lip with green rope band to the rim. The body sits upon three dragon claw and ball feet. The underside fully decorated in impressed aqua scales. The interior with a pink enamel and a central drainage hole in the base.
