Minimalist Beni Ourain Carpet.
3.18 x 2.10 m.
A contemporary Moroccan carpet, hand-knotted in high-grade wool, inspired by highly-sought after Mid-Century Modern Beni Ourain weavings, made popular by such designers as Alvar Aalto and Le Corbusier.
The natural abrash – or, colour variation – lent to this carpet by the wool, lends a sense of depth and charm to its otherwise stripped-back, minimalist design. It features an earthy palette, with bands of grey, ivory, caramel and muted chocolate brown, overlaid with an irregular diamond pattern.
A sophisticated carpet, to add character and style to any setting.
