A Meissen porcelain group, c. 1870. Finely modelled as five Putti representing the Senses- each holding an item representing a particular sense. Set upon a grassy mound base, moulded with gilt rococo scrolls.
Underglaze blue crossed swords mark, and incised model number ‘N 1770’ to the base.
Height - 15.3 cm, 6”.
Width - 13.3 cm, 5 3/8”.
Depth - 12.5 cm, 4 7/8”.
Condition - Repair to flute. Small chips to leaves.Otherwise perfect.
