A delightful early George III period 18th century Mahogany Serpentine Side Table of exceptional untouched colour and patina.

Having well figured top over one frieze drawer with original brass swan neck handle raised on square chamfered and moulded legs.

A practical and useful table which has great elegance and retains a superb rich colour and patina. This would be a great addition to any room. The Serpentine shape adds elegance and it is a very useful size.

It has clearly been well loved and looked after whilst also being regularly used throughout its history and has been through our workshops for a simple clean and wax leaving it ready to slot seamlessly into its final destination.

Although the table still stands level, it is worth noting that a couple of the legs do not stand perfectly straight and upright, which in a lot of ways adds great character and interest to this beautiful piece which is of course over 250 years old and as fit for purpose as the day it was made!
