George III Silver Taperstick 1768 William Cripps of London.
A very fine quality early George III period cast silver taperstick made in London in 1768 by William Cripps. The taperstick is in the four shell rococo form and still retains it’s original detachable nozzle. It is in excellent crisp condition and made by one of the best silversmiths of the period.
