A very fine quality mid eighteenth century silver salver made in London in 1750 by Alexander Johnston .The salver is of a heavy gauge with shell and scroll borders and stands on three scroll feet.The original owners crest of a garb of barley or wheat is placed inside the contemporary rococo cartouche.An excellent salver in superb condition.
