A Very Attractive And Good Quality Late 18th Century Georgian Mahogany Side Table With Well Figured Top, Over Three Frieze Drawers Retaining Original Brass Swan Neck Handles And Elegant Shaped Frieze, Raised On Square Tapered Legs.

A fabulous 18th Century Side Table which is a really good example of Hepplewhite period elegance, combined with great form and function.

It retains an excellent colour and patina and this compliments the excellent choice of timber which used in it’s construction. Despite being of relatively plain form in terms of its rectangular shape the table boasts a real touch of elegance and sophistication with its beautifully shaped frieze.

Clearly the table has been well loved and looked after throughout the years of its life as it remains in excellent condition and it retains original brass handles.

As with all items we offer for sale it has been attended to in our workshops by our skilled antique furniture restorers, where it has received a general clean, tidy and natural wax polish before being offered for sale.
