English delftware pottery tiles with biblical scenes in manganese from the mid 18th century period. Represented are Abraham and Isaac, the death of Jezebel and a horse rider attacked by a lion.These tiles were part of the famous Louis Lipski Collection.

Current Condition: Chipping at edges, no restorations.
Provenance: Lipski Collection and then Sir Frederick Warner Collection.
