A small Charles II oak dresser base.
A charming little oak dresser base dating to about 1680 with three moulded front drawers with their original escutcheons and lock (the handles old replacements).
The moulded edge top comprising two thick boards and with turned columnar front legs and side stretchers and with split baluster decoration. Wonderful rich dark colour and patination.
It measures just 65 inches wide x 18 1/2 inches deep x 33 inches high.
