Articulated, tremblant, central pear shape Pink Sapphire drop, 2.27 carats, (Certificated, natural, Burma and unheated) mounted in 18ct yellow gold and platinum. Surrounded by white diamonds set in platinum, 2 carats approx total (E/F/G, VS1 – SI1 approx).
