A Britannia standard Antique Silver George I Sugar Caster made in 1717 in London by Charles Adam. This fine octagonal sugar caster still bears the original owners woodpecker crest and is in good condition throughout. It is fully marked on the base and correctly marked on the detachable lid. A lovely 300 year old piece by the specialist caster maker Charles Adam.
