Dated: 1800 England
A mysterious and rare Pratt colored spill base, the base features a large skull and crossbones, with three lambs lying on rocky outcrops all watched over by a large spotted bird. The piece is well decorated with vibrant "Pratt" colors and the relief molding is and well defined and of the highest quality. There are some indistinct small impressed letters under the scroll of the base which may read"icdoch" although this is open to question. A wonderful decorative item with a story to tell.
