A Wonderful Elizabeth I Hammerbeam. Circa 1570.
This lovely 16th century English oak hammerbeam carving has a carved angel head at the outer end, the sides and underside carved with trailing leaf decoration.
Wonderful untouched colour and patination.
Now mounted a display stand.
