William IV Silver Gilt Newstead Abbey Vinaigrette.
A wonderful quality William IV period silver gilt vinaigrette made in 1835 by Nathaniel Mills of Birmingham.
The vinaigrette is cast with a scene of Newstead Abbey which was the ancestral home of Lord Byron.
The vinaigrette which is in mint condition features bold floral cast work to the sides and to the underneath it is beautifully turned with an inset unengraved gold plaque.
