Small 18th century Welsh Oak coffer or coffor bach. These are sometimes known as Welsh marriage chests, given to brides or the wedding couple. This example has a two plank top with moulded edge. The front with two panels and moulding to each. One long drawer with moulding to give the appearance of two drawers with drop handles. On unusual angular short country cabriole legs/feet. Circa 1760.
