A fine and rare set of 12 pairs of Victorian Silver Pistol Handle Dessert / fish knives and forks made in 1897 by Gibson and Langman of London. They are of large size and fine quality and dishwasher safe as they are silver all through ( no loading). They are engraved with the original owners family crest. They would be suitable for use as dessert eaters or fish knives and forks. The blades are struck with the London mark for 1897 and the handles with the Sheffield mark for 1897. They are in good condition.
