A rare early Victorian mustard pot in the form of an owl made in London in 1846 by Charles and George Fox.The mustard still retains its original white glass liner and is in excellent condition.It still retains much of its original gilding around the eyes and feet.A lovely piece by one of the nineteenth century’s finest silversmith.Fully and correctly hallmarked to body and head.
