A good quality Victorian silver combined Vesta Case and Cigar Cutter of oval form with attached suspension ring and ribbed striker to the sides. The hinged lid opening to reveal the silver gilt interior, the sprung steel cigar cutter with push button mechanism to open (in full working order).
