A fine Victorian silver Vesta Case engraved in the aesthetic style with Herons in lakeland scenes with bulrushes and bamboo. The unusual swivelling mechanism opening to reveal the interior engraved with a contemporary inscription dated June 12th 1884. Dane Bank House, Congleton.
