Victorian Silver Policeman's Bullseye Lantern Vinaigrette.
A rare Victorian novelty silver combination Vinaigrette and Sewing Etui, formed as a Policeman's Bullseye Lantern. With fluted domed top and suspension ring hinging open with push-button to reveal an etui including thimble, bobbin and needles. The front with small round hinged cover set with magnifying crystal and covering the gilded vinaigrette grille.
