Victorian Calamander and Satinwood Compendium Cabinet.

The ultimate entertainment cabinet! 

The cabinet of square form with a fitted decanter set to the rear crafted externally with Calamander wood with a beautiful grain throughout. The box is mounted with silvered corners and shield plaque to the top with tri-fold doors opening from the top initially and then from the front. A mirror is located at the back of the box behind three elegant hobnail-cut glass decanters. The decanters are safely locked into place while the doors are closed and can only be removed once opened. The interior, a lined Satinwood houses four cut-glass Spirit Glasses enclosed in individual velvet-lined compartments along with a cigarillo cutter, two removable Silver-plated Ashtrays, and a Silver-plated Match-striker.

Beneath the main compartment, the cabinet has two drawers, one lined with cedar wood with a removable divider for the perfect storage of cigars. The second drawer stores various Games pieces. These include playing cards, dice, counters, whist markers, and a brass peg board which is labelled. The label reads W. & J. MILNE. Makers. 126 Princess St EDINBURGH. The cabinet provides a perfect storm of entertainment, sophistication and a little tipple to enjoy while you play during those dinner party evenings. The Cabinet is dated Circa 1880 late Victorian.

The entertainment compendium is complete with a fully working lock and key.
