A Superb Meissen Porcelain Topographical Inkwell, circa 1870.
The cobalt blue Meissen porcelain inkwell is beautifully decorated in minute detail with topographical scenes of Meissen and the town of Dresden, both pots and tray entitled to base with their topographical scenes, the tray finely painted with a view of Meissen, cartouches of flowers and and decorative gilding. The inkpot with lid and the sander as companion.
