Silver & Tortoiseshell Carriage Clock Adie Brothers Ltd.
The carriage clock of elongated rectangular form with a silver mounted tortoiseshell body and domed top surmounted with a stylised handle stood upon silver bulbous bun feet. Fitted with a six-day French brass carriage clock movement which has undergone professional clean and service. The enamel dial with classic Roman numeral counters signed Wilson & Sharp. The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham based silversmiths Adie Brothers Ltd dated 1922.
