Early 19th Century Mahogany Regency Period Cutlery Tray.

A most unusual solid mahogany four division cutlery tray, having a central raised partition with a cut out carrying handle. The top edge has flush brass mounts and screws, which is part of the original construction, a feature we have not come across before, which adds to the overall appearance. The whole has an excellent rich colour and patination.

English Circa 1810.
