A delightful French fruitwood pepperette or spice shaker in two sections, having a top with five holes that has a screw thread, which is fitted to the base of vertical form raised on a concave stem, that is sitting on a circular stepped and angled base. The whole is pole lathe turned with protruding bands throughout, and has an excellent colour and patination.
