A Lovely burr boxwood spice flask in three screw sections, having a top with an acorn finial, that unscrews to reveal five small holes leading to the interior. The body is of globular form, which when unscrewed from the base allows access to the interior. The whole is seated on a flat platform base with an angled vertical foot. It has an excellent rich colour, grain and patination.
French Circa 1800
