 An extremely attractive 18th century Welsh oak spoon rack of unusual enclosed box design, having a shaped backboard with a hole for hanging that is above three steps each with five oval and rounded apertures for spoons, making a total of fifteen in all. The whole, of well grained oak, has an excellent colour and patination.
