An excellent Scandinavian staved pine ale carrier, having a sliding locking lid, open handles and an angled pewter tipped spout. The whole has painted decoration throughout and is banded with fir. Obviously well used, but in good condition with a worn crusty patination, which enhances the overall appearance.
