A most unusual late Victorian lignum vitae decanter and set of six goblets in heart and sap wood, having conical goblets with small knops above the tapered stems terminating in rounded and stepped bases.
The decanter with a turned neck has a reeded bulbous body on a short stem with a similar rounded and stepped base. The whole has a good rich colour and lovely patination.
(decanter stopper of a later date)
